By accessing or using Anime Panel (the "Service"), whether through the website at animepanel.org or via any of our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions that require parental consent for minors under 16 must obtain such consent before using the Service.
2. User Accounts
You may create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at wizards@taliaferroTech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Upload content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or unlawful
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape excessively, or disrupt the Service
Use automated tools to bulk-download or reproduce the image library
Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person or entity
Upload content depicting minors in a sexual or harmful context
4. User-Submitted Content
When you upload content to the Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights to share that content and grant Anime Panel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute the content solely within the Service. You retain any ownership rights you hold in your submissions.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anime Panel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
Important Notice: Anime Panel does not own any of the anime or manga images displayed on this platform. All images, characters, series names, and related artwork are the intellectual property of their respective creators, studios, publishers, and rights holders.
Ownership
All anime frames, manga panels, character names, series titles, and associated artwork are the exclusive property of their respective copyright holders, including but not limited to:
Original manga authors and illustrators
Anime production studios and distributors
Publishers and licensors
Users who upload original or authorized content
Anime Panel operates as a fan-maintained reference library. Content is shared under the principles of fair use for purposes of commentary, criticism, identification, and fan discussion. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the rights holders whose works may appear on this platform.
Removal Requests
Rights holders who wish to have content removed may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice (see the DMCA section below) or contact us directly at wizards@taliaferroTech.com. We will process valid requests promptly.
Content Guidelines
Permitted Content
Anime frames and manga panels from published works
Reaction images from publicly released content
Fan-created artwork (with uploader owning or having permission to share)
Screenshots from legitimately licensed streaming content
Prohibited Content
Sexual content involving minors (real or fictional)
Explicit graphic violence or gore without appropriate classification
Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or real-world violence
Private images of real individuals uploaded without consent
Content that violates applicable law in any jurisdiction
Mature / NSFW Content
A small subset of content on the website may be tagged as NSFW (Not Safe For Work), which includes suggestive but non-explicit content from published anime and manga. This content is filtered by default and is only accessible via the website with explicit opt-in.
iOS & Android Apps: The mobile applications do not display any NSFW or mature content under any circumstances. All content served through the mobile apps is strictly safe-for-work and appropriate for general audiences.
Mobile App Terms (iOS & Android)
In addition to the general Terms of Service above, the following terms apply specifically to the Anime Panel iOS and Android applications ("App").
App Store Compliance
The iOS application is distributed through the Apple App Store and complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. The Android application is distributed through Google Play and complies with Google Play Developer Program Policies.
Content in the App
The App displays only approved, safe-for-work content
No adult, explicit, or NSFW content is available in the App
All images are sourced from published, commercially available anime and manga
Content is reviewed before being made available in the App
Clipboard & Permissions
The keyboard extension requests access to copy images to your clipboard solely to enable the core functionality of pasting reaction images into other apps. We do not read, store, or transmit any other clipboard content. No other sensitive device permissions are requested.
In-App Purchases
The App is currently free to use. Any future in-app purchases will be clearly disclosed and processed through the applicable platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). We will update these Terms if paid features are introduced.
Updates & Availability
We may update the App at any time. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. We do not guarantee the App will remain available on any particular platform indefinitely.

DMCA / Copyright Takedown Requests
Anime Panel respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to wizards@taliaferroTech.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include the following:
Your contact information — full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list
Identification of the infringing content — the URL(s) of the specific images on Anime Panel you wish to have removed
Statement of good faith — a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
Statement of accuracy — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
Signature — your electronic or physical signature
We will process valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within 5–10 business days. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to wizards@taliaferroTech.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". The counter-notice must include the same elements as a takedown notice, along with your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located.
